Easy Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a super easy healthy breakfast. You can make all sorts of mixtures. In the above photo I used the following:

1 banana

1/2 cup oatmeal

3tbs hemp hearts

1tbs chia seeds

1/2 cup water.

Ingredients added into a glass jar and shaken up. It’s good to give a good few shakes to get the chia seeds distributed. Leave overnight in refrigerator.

In the morning if you like it hot microwave for 1:30m, or eat cold if you prefer. Top with additional fresh fruits. I have added raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries to this mix.

It’s tasty, and packs a punch for all your macronutrient. This is good option after your early morning workout or just to get you through the morning.
